DIVISIONAL FUNCTION

VISION

To develop the Judicial and Public Relations Division into a Competent and Efficient Division in supporting the Judiciary to apply Justice and increasing Public Trust.

MISSION

To execute tasks expediently, efficiently and impeccably in all matters related to Research, Public Relations and Statistics of The Malaysian Judiciary.

OBJECTIVES

The Division shall ensure all entrusted tasks are executed successfully and accomplish its goals.

DIVISIONAL FUNCTION

To execute research tasks such as locating, gathering, studying and analysing documents and research materials to produced findings and recommendations.
Prepare and co-ordinate judicial reviews for memorandum and cabinet ministerial notes.
Examine Contracts between the Chief Registrar’s Office, the Government and Vendors.
Prepare and Co-ordinate Parliamentary Feedback and attend Parliamentary Sittings as representatives of the Judiciary.
To be responsible for all aspects of Public Relations for the Malaysian Judiciary.
Preparing the Malaysian Judiciary’s Annual Report.
Preparing Court Brochures.
Gather, Process and Analyze Statistical Data for the Malaysian Judiciary.
Prepare to receive and host local and international visitors.
Responsible for facilitating and monitoring at all court levels ensuring that all regulations and rules are adhered to by Court and Judicial Staff.
Secretariat to Judges and Officers Convention.
Attend to Complaints received by the Malaysian Judiciary.
Responsible for monitoring KPI within the Malaysian Judiciary.
Responsible for the Disposal of Court Records.
