DIVISIONAL FUNCTION





  To ensure that the Chief Registrar's Office of The Federal Court of Malaysia provides
an efficient and effective support services to customers and stakeholders in terms of
human resource management, management and financial services.

 


Administration Unit Client Charter
  • To ensure that matters related to judges services and benefits as per Judges Renumeration Act, 1971 (Act 45) and all current regulations are implemented according to specific period.
  • To ensure that personnel force at the Chief Registrar's Office of The federal Court Of Malaysia be at least 90% at all time.
  • Implement and process the promotion / acting for the Management and Professional Group as well as the Support Group within three (3) months.
  • Ensure that all matters related to to officers and support group services such as the confirmation of appointment, confirmation of service, retirement and underwriting jobs are processed within one (1) month.
  • Prepare and implement courses / training / seminars . workshops for all categories of officers / staff throughout the year.
  • Process and resolve disciplinary cases within four (4) months from the approval of prima facie.
  • Ensure that the updated information in HRMIS information system be at least 95% all the time
  • Ensure that the budgetary annual Expenditure and Liabilities of the Chief Registrar's Office of The federal Court Of Malaysia is prepared in March each year and the warrant is distributed to the Responsibility Centre (PTJ) one (1) week after receipt of General Warrant.
  • Ensure that at least 90% of revenues and deposits get collected each year-end.
  •  Ensure that all bills and claims are paid within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of proper documents.
  • Ensure that all matters related to Tender / Quotations for Security Services / Cleaning of the Courthouses nationwide are settled at least two (2) months before the commence of the services.
  • Ensure that the department's equipment and supplies needs are adequate and able to fullfil each division's needs within at least seven (7) days.
  • Ensure that all office vehicles are in good condition and maintained in accordance with stipulated procedures, and provide fair treatment to all officers who use official vehicles.
