• His Lordship was appointed as Judicial Commissioner on 1st March 2007 and then served at the Kuching High Court Sibu High Court, Sarawak until 30th April 2009.

• His Lordship then served at the High Court of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur from 1st May 2009 until 30th September 2009.

• His Lordship was elevated as a High Court Judge on 1st October 2009 and then served at Kuala Lumpur High Court until 7th January 2013.

• His Lordship was elevated as a Court of Appeal Judge from 8th January 2013.
