The Registrar's Office of the Subordinate Court of Malaya

The Registrar's Office of the Subordinate Court of Malaya is responsible for the administration of all the Subordinate Court of Malaya. The Registrar's Office of the Subordinate Court of Malaya is headed by a Registrar of the Subordinate Court of Malaya and assisted by the Senior Deputy Registrar, Deputy Registrar and the Senior Assistant Registrar.

The Registrar's Office of the Subordinate Court of Malaya is responsible to monitor and issue the instructions accordingly pertaining to the administrative matters and management of the Subordinate Courts throughout of the Peninsular of Malaysia.

The Registrar's Office of the Subordinate Court of Malaya monitor the Subordinate Courts by ensuring that all the state courts are complying with the existing law and the directions issued by the Chief Registrar's Office of the Federal Court of Malaya.

To monitor the performance of the Judicial Officers of the Subordinate Courts based on the statistic and through the review on the record of proceedings.

To monitor pending Ground of Judgment based on the statistic and take the appropriate action to ensure that there is no delay in the preparation of the Ground of Judgment and Appeal Record.

To supervise the Senior Assistant Registrar of the Subordinate Courts in the matters of administrative and case management in the Subordinate Court of Peninsular Malaysia

To strengthen the monitoring by conducting visit to the state court to review the compliance upon the Chief Registrar's Office's direction and laws in term of administration and management of the Court.

To attend and conduct meeting on behalf of the Department with various agencies for any issues involving the Subordinate Courts..
