PENGENALAN

Contract Coordination Division is led by a Division Director with the aim to carry out its role and function as below:

ROLE AND FUNCTION CONTRACT COORDINATION DIVISION

1. Perusing, preparing, and approving draft agreements and /or any other legal instrument from all Courts within Malaysia wherein PKPMP is a party to it to ensure that the interest of PKPMP and the Government of Malaysia is well preserved.
2. Coordinating the administration of contracts in all Courts in Malaysia.
3. Preparing legal opinion with regard to the issue of law relating to the agreement and/or other legal instruments.
4. Attending meetings/discussions and providing legal advice on all issues, especially with regard effect of the agreement and/or legal instruments in order to ensure that the policy made by the PKPMP is in accordance with the law.
5. Taking part in the discussion on the draft agreement and/or legal instruments with regards to all the Courts within Malaysia
