INTRODUCTION
This division is led by a director under the supervision of the Chief Registrar's Office.
ROLE AND FUNCTION OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATION DIVISION
- To act as a focal person between Chief Registrar's Office and the media pertaining to any statement and inquiries regarding the Chief Registrar's Office and the Malaysian Judiciary;
- To monitor and coordinate the contents of the Chief Registrar's Office's Official Website and its social media accounts;
- To curate the Judicial Museum in the Palace of Justice, Putrajaya;
- To channel information regarding the Chief Registrar's Office's current affairs;
- To coordinate and respond to all complaints, inquiries, and feedback received through the mail, telephone, e-mail, e-Complaints, and the Public Complaints Bureau, Prime Minister's Department;
- To carry out duties as Public Relations Officer and Complaint Receiving Officer on behalf of the Prime Minister's Department;
- To manage visits from foreign judicial delegations, guests of The Right Honourable Chief Justice / Honourable Judges, government / private agencies Educational Institutions; and
- To manage events held at the Palace of Justice and other Courts throughout Malaysia.
