Mediation Division

INTRODUCTION

Mediation Division, Federal Court of Malaysia was established on lst June 2016. This Division is under the supervision of the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court of Malaysia.

ROLE AND FUNCTION MEDIATION DIVISION

  1. To establish and supervise a Court-Annexed Mediation Centre at every State Court.
  2. To provide training, mentoring, and consultation services for State Court-Annexed Mediation Centres.
  3. To formulate and implement policies pertaining to mediation for Court-Annexed Mediation Centres.
  4. To regulate and oversee the operations of Court-Annexed Mediation Centres.
  5. To serve as a national centre for the collection and management of data and information related to Court-Annexed Mediation Centres throughout Malaysia.
