INTRODUCTION

Mediation Division, Federal Court of Malaysia was established on 1st June 2016. This Division is under the supervision of the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court of Malaysia.

ROLE AND FUNCTION MEDIATION DIVISION

1. To establish a Mediation Centre at every State Court:
2. To provide training, mentoring and consultation services for the local state Mediation Centre;
3. To establish policies pertaining to mediation for Mediation Centre;
4. Regulating the operation of the Mediation Centre;
5. As a centre for data and information collection related to the Mediation Centre throughout Malaysia.
