Management Division
INTRODUCTION
Management Division is responsible for the administration and management of human resources and services. This division is also in charge of the financial aspect for the Chief Registrar's Office of the Federal Court of Malaysia. This division comprises of four (4) branchs, led by a Management Director. The four (4) branchs are known as Administrative Office, Financial Management, Counseling and Court Library. The Management Director is assisted by three (3) deputy directors and one (1) Head Librarian.
There are seven (7) sections under the Administrative Office. These sections are, Contract Coordination, Security, Human Resource Management, Management Services, Records Management, Information Management and Examination Section.
Under the Financial Management Unit, there are four (4) sections; Development and Maintenance, Procurement, Assets and Storage, Accounting and Finance. The Court Library is also under this division and it is divided into two (2) Sections. These sections are the Information & Referral Services Section and Documentation Service & Database Section.
- Provides efficient and effective support services to stakeholders and interested parties in respect of financial, human resource, and management services;
- To provide efficient and effective human resource support to Judges;
- To achieve a 90 percent fulfillment for all posts under the Chief Registrar's Office.
- To ensure that all promotions in the Chief Registrar's Office are processed within three (3) months;
- To ensure that all confirmation, retirement, and postponement of employment is done within one month;
- To conduct and provide courses/training/seminars/workshops for all categories of officers/staff throughout the year;
- To ensure that all disciplinary cases are processed within four (4) months from the date of prima facie finding:
- To ensure that the HRMIS database is updated;
- To ensure that the annual Operating Expenditure Budget and Liability is annually prepared in March and the budget warrants are distributed to the Responsibility Centre (Pusat Tanggungjawab);
- To ensure that a 90 percent target of all proceeds and deposits are collected at the end of each year;
- Ensure all bills and claims are properly paid within 14 days from the date of receipt;
- To ensure that all Tenders, Quotations of all Security and Maintenance Services for Court Building throughout Malaysia is finalized at least two (2) months before the service commences;
- Ensure that all Department's requirements pertaining to equipment and supplies are filled within a period of seven (7) days; and
- Ensure that all office fleet vehicles are in good condition and maintained in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
